The Nerd Fitness Superhero Training Camp is reopening May 11-15, 2022, and we want YOU to join us in Clayton, Georgia for 5 transformative days of leveling up your super skills alongside the greatest mentors and sidekicks in the galaxy!
Team NF’s Coaching squad and other hand-selected instructors are your guides for this journey – making you feel empowered by how your body moves, building your confidence with what and how you eat, and helping you overcome mindset challenges that always felt insurmountable.
You’ll push beyond the limits of what you think you’re capable of. You’ll use your 20 seconds of courage to try something new (and you’ll actually like it!). You’ll surprise yourself when you see what you can achieve with hundreds of other Rebels by your side, rooting you on.

Classes and activities
Level Up Your
Super Skills
At Camp, you can expect to participate in a variety of different types of classes and activities. From scheduled sessions (like classroom-style lectures, hands-on exercise training, group fitness classes) to activities you can enjoy any time (like our 24-hour game room, lake and pool fun, or hikes to the waterfall), your days will always be as full (or relaxing) as you want them to be.
More information about specific instructors, classes, and activities will be released at a later date, but in past years, our campers have enjoyed activities, class structures, and theme nights like these:

Rooming at Camp Nerd Fitness
The campground has a number of rooming options to suit any budget or preference!
You’ll choose your specific rooming type in the pre-sale later this year, but can get an idea of what to expect with a basic overview below.
Get the true Summer Camp experience as you bunk in a shared cabin with a dozen or more of your fellow campers; embrace that spirit of community with a little extra privacy in a Semi-Private room; or, if you’re interested in a few more amenities, traditional hotel-style rooms with private bathrooms may be more your speed.
Shared Bunks
Relive your childhood summer camp dreams! Bunk beds, shared bathrooms, and camaraderie with your favorite nerds.
Semi-Private Rooms
A private room (with a door!) off the main shared cabin spaces. These rooms have a little more privacy and share bathrooms with the main bunks.
Hotel Rooms
For the ultimate retreat, hotel rooms offer a full space to yourself – including a private bathroom.
Safety first
Camp NF COVID-19 Protocol
Health and safety for our staff and all campers is our top, non-negotiable priority, especially in the midst of a global pandemic.
We’ll have medical staff on hand throughout the event (for both physical and mental health), but we do have one important requirement for all campers in attendance:
Everyone at Camp Nerd Fitness 2022 must be fully vaccinated. No exceptions.
This policy will be enforced not only for campers, but also our Nerd Fitness staff, and the team of instructors we invite to teach, lead, and inspire.
The site where we’re holding Camp, Ramah Darom, has successfully led in-person events since summer 2020 without a COVID-19 outbreak. With event sizes to date ranging from 50-750 people, their diligence to the health of their guests is remarkable, and we are following their lead and best practices.
With everyone on site fully vaccinated, additional on-site precautions are currently not required (like masking, social distancing, etc). As the pandemic and the world’s response continues to evolve, we also reserve the right to update these protocols as more information is available.
We are committed to keeping communication open with booked campers on any updates, and will continue to trust the expertise of the CDC and our partners at Ramah Darom to make sure you are as safe as possible at Camp Nerd Fitness.

Camp Ramah Darom, in Clayton, Georgia
You can drive or fly!
The address of the campground is 70 Darom Ln, Clayton, GA 30525.
If driving, there’s ample parking available near all cabins and hotels.
If you opt to fly, the Atlanta airport is approximately 2 hours from the campground. We’ll have shuttles available for an additional fee to drive you there and back.
More information on shuttle cost and recommended travel times will be released later, but we’ll make the process as easy as possible!
All campers must be 18 years or older by the time Camp begins.
We’ll have medical staff on hand throughout the event (for both physical and mental health), but we do have one important requirement for all campers in attendance:

The site we’re holding Camp at, Ramah Darom, has successfully led in-person events since summer 2020 without a COVID-19 outbreak. They are guided by a medical committee comprised of professionals at the CDC, Emory, and Stanford, and they work very closely with the Department of Public Health and review guidelines and CDC recommendations before each event to keep everyone on-site as safe as possible.
With event sizes to date ranging from 250-750 people, their diligence to the health of their guests is remarkable, and we are following their lead and best practices.
With everyone on site fully vaccinated, additional precautions are currently not required (like masking, social distancing, etc), but as the pandemic and the world’s response continues to evolve, we also reserve the right to update these protocols as more information is available.
Complete details will be emailed out to deposit holders as well as the Camp interest list (join that below!), but later in the fall, we’ll begin our pre-sale period where anyone who placed a deposit can secure the ticket (and rooming option) of their choice.
With limited premium rooming options (like hotel rooms), we’ll prioritize the pre-sale booking times based on Camp alumni status, NF Coaching clients, and other active NF customers.
Once ALL deposit holders have had a chance to book their ticket, we’ll open any remaining tickets to the general public.

There are several room types available at Camp NF:
- Group Bunks – shared (or solo) bunk beds in a cabin with a dozen+ of your fellow campers. Bathrooms are also shared. When selecting this option, you’ll be able to choose whether you’d like to stay in a similar-gender bunk or co-ed.
- Semi-Private Rooms – available as singles or doubles, think of these rooms as the Camp Counselor’s room in a cabin. You’ll be in a group cabin with a shared bathroom, but you’ll have a private room with a door.
- Hotel Rooms – exactly as you may expect, hotel rooms are the most private option of all, with your own room and bathroom.
Exact pricing is TBD, but you can expect entry level prices to be around $999pp, which includes lodging for 5 days/4 nights, all of your food and non-alcoholic beverages, and access to nearly all classes and activities.
Your ticket does not include travel or airfare; add-ons like airport shuttles, ropes course, and climbing wall will be available for purchase as we get closer to the event, and alcohol (beer/wine) will be available for purchase on site in the evenings.
While we finalize event details, we want to get an idea of how many people are interested in joining us.
For that, we require a $199 fully refundable deposit (per camper). In doing so, you’ll also earn pre-sale perks like discounted pricing and first crack at room choices.
When we have full event details, including exact rooming costs, instructors and class overviews, you’ll be able to apply your deposit to the available rooming of your choice.
If, after learning more, you decide that you no longer want to go to Camp NF, we’ll refund your $199 deposit no questions asked!
If you placed a deposit for the pre-sale but can no longer attend, send us an email at [email protected] and we will issue you a refund for your $199 deposit.
Ramah Darom is a Jewish summer camp facility, and as such maintains a Kosher kitchen.
Outside of the Kosher requirements, they can absolutely accommodate additional dietary restrictions. We’ll ask for these when you purchase your full ticket in the fall, and may follow up on site to make sure you’re satisfied with the options provided.
In general, all meals and snacks at Camp NF will focus on protein, veggies, and carbs, served buffet style so you can build a plate that suits your goals.
Absolutely, and you’re in good company!
While we have activities and classes available all day, the way you design your day is completely up to you. Join a class, play games with fellow nerds, find a quiet spot to journal or enjoy the scenery, have lunch with a friend, or retreat to your room for a little while. You’re in charge.
We also have a clever hack at Camp: everyone will get a silicone wristband – black on one side, red on the other. If you flip the red side out, it signals to others that you need a little space and time to yourself!
We’ll keep everyone posted via e-mail with major event updates, but if you’re a past camper or have placed a deposit for CNF2022, you can also join our private Camp NF Facebook Group, where you can meet fellow campers and ask questions about the event. Members of Team NF check in here regularly.
